According to the National Association of Realtors® (NAR), over 44% of homebuyers start their search for a new home online. Combine that with the fact that most potential homebuyers who are searching on the Internet won’t even consider looking at homes that don’t have any photos, this means if your home that you put up for sale doesn’t have photographs to show the potential client what they could be buying, then you are probably reducing the chances of selling the home quickly. So, not only should you add photographs to your listings, you need to be sure those photos show the home in the best possible light. This is why hiring an experienced real estate photographer will probably benefit you. Real estate photography is different from other genres of photography, so make sure you ask see previous work from any Yankeetown real estate photographer that you might be considering working with. Real estate photographers are used to having to deliver high-quality work very quickly (usually within 24-business hours) because they know the listing needs to get up on the MLS as soon as possible to attract potential buyers. When you contact your local Yankeetown real estate photographer, be sure to ask them if they offer any kind of post-shoot editing services using Photoshop or other software. You might also want to consider a home video tour or 3D-tour if you think it will help the property sell – so make sure to ask the photographer if they can provide those services.

More About Yankeetown

Yankeetown is a town in Levy County, Florida, United States. In the 2010 Census, the population was 502.[5]

Yankeetown was founded in 1923 by the Indiana politician and lawyer Armanis F. Knotts, who moved to the area because of his great love for hunting.[6] Originally named for the founder, the present name comes from the fact the local mail carrier frequently and derisively directed visitors to the settlement he called “that Yankee town”.[7]
