According to the National Association of Realtors® (NAR), over 44% of homebuyers start their search for a new home online. Add that with the fact that a lot of potential homebuyers that may be searching on the Internet don’t bother looking at properties that don’t have any photos, it means if the house that you put up for sale doesn’t have any associated photographs to show the prospective client what they could be buying, then you are probably reducing the chances of selling the home as fast as you might have. So, not only do you want to add photographs to your listings, you want to make sure those photos show the home in the best possible light. This is why hiring an experienced real estate photographer will probably benefit you. Real estate photography is so different from other genres of photography, so be sure to ask to previous work from the University Park real estate photographer that you might be considering hiring. Real estate photographers know they have to deliver high-quality work in a very short period of time (normally within 24-business hours) because they know the listing needs to get up on the MLS as soon as possible to attract potential buyers. When you contact your local University Park real estate photographer, make sure you ask them if they offer any kind of post-shoot editing using Photoshop or other software. You might also want to consider a home video tour or 3D-tour if you think the property warrants it – so make sure to ask the photographer if they can provide those services.

More About University Park
University Park is a census-designated place (CDP) in Miami-Dade County, Florida, United States. The population was 26,995 at the 2010 census.
University Park was the name of the main campus of Florida International University (now called the Modesto A. Maidique Campus), located in the area. The campus encompasses 344 acres (1.39 km2). Florida International University was built from around 1965 onwards, with the destruction of Tamiami Airport. At the time, very little was located around FIU, and the campus was referred to as University Park. As Miami grew west, the area came to be known as University Park after the university’s campus name.[citation needed]
