A recent report by the National Association of Realtors® (NAR) states that over 44% of homebuyers start their search for a new home online. Add that with the fact that a huge number of prospective homebuyers who are searching online won’t even consider looking at homes that don’t display photographs, it means if your home that you put up for sale doesn’t have photographs to show the prospective client what they could be buying, then you might be reducing your chances of selling the home as fast as you might have. So, not only should you add photographs to your listings, you need to be sure those photos show the home in the best possible light. This is why hiring an experienced real estate photographer will probably benefit you. Real estate photography is so different from other types of photography, so be sure to ask to previous work from the Sebring real estate photographer that you might be considering working with. Real estate photographers know they have to deliver high-quality work very quickly (normally within 24-business hours) because they know the property listing needs to get up on the Multi-Listing Service as soon as possible to attract potential buyers. When you contact your local Sebring real estate photographer, be sure to ask them if they offer any kind of post-shoot editing services using Photoshop or other types of software, and you may also want to consider a home video tour or 3D-tour if you think the property warrants it – so make sure to ask the photographer if they can provide those services.

More About Sebring

Sebring (/ˈsiːbrɪŋ/ SEE-bring) is a city in Highlands County, Florida, United States, nicknamed “The City on the Circle”, in reference to Circle Drive, the center of the Sebring Downtown Historic District.[7] As of the 2010 census the population was 10,491.[3] It is the county seat of Highlands County,[8] and is the principal city of the Sebring Metropolitan Statistical Area.[9]

Sebring is the home of the Sebring International Raceway, created on a former airbase, first used in 1950. It hosted the 1959 Formula One United States Grand Prix, but is currently best known as the host of the 12 Hours of Sebring, an annual WeatherTech SportsCar Championship race. Nearby Highlands Hammock State Park is a popular attraction. Additionally, the house where novelist Rex Beach committed suicide is located on one of Sebring’s main lakes, Lake Jackson.
