According to the National Association of Realtors® (NAR), over 44% of homebuyers start their search for a new home online. Combine that with the fact that a huge number of potential homebuyers that may be searching on the Internet won’t even consider looking at homes that don’t have any photographs, this means if the home that you put up for sale doesn’t show any photos to show the potential client what they could be buying, then you most likely will be reducing your chances of selling the home quickly. So, not only should you add photographs to your listings, you need to be sure those photographs show the home in the best possible light. This is why hiring an experienced real estate photographer will probably benefit you. Real estate photography is so different from other genres of photography, so make sure you ask see previous work from the Rockledge real estate photographer that you might be considering hiring. Real estate photographers are used to having to deliver high-quality work very quickly (normally within one business day) because they know the property listing has to be up on the MLS as quickly as possible to attract potential buyers. When you contact your local Rockledge real estate photographer, make sure you ask them if they do any kind of post-shoot editing using Photoshop or other software, and you may also want to consider adding a home video tour or 3D-tour if you think it will help the property sell – so make sure to ask the photographer if they can provide those services.

More About Rockledge

Rockledge /ˈrɒklɪdʒ, -ˌlɛdʒ/ is the oldest city in Brevard County, Florida. The city’s population was 24,926 at the 2010 United States Census,[3] and is part of the Palm Bay−Melbourne−Titusville Metropolitan Statistical Area.

Rockledge was officially founded on August 7, 1887, making it the oldest incorporated municipality in Brevard County.[7] The name Rockledge, attributed to Gardner S. Hardee, an early settler, comes from the many ledges of coquina rock that line the Indian River.[citation needed][8] Other sources refer to a man named Cephas Bailey Magruder, who built his home after settling in the area in 1876 near the Indian River. Magruder called his home “the rockledge home” and the name was eventually attributed to the whole town.[9][10] It was originally referred to as Rock Ledge; the two-word name persisted through the 19th century.
Early industry in the area was based on the citrus trade and accommodation for tourists traveling to South Florida via the Atlantic Intracoastal Waterway of the Indian River.[citation needed]
