A recent report by the National Association of Realtors® (NAR) states that over 44% of homebuyers start their search for a new home online. Add that with the fact that many prospective homebuyers that may be searching online don’t bother looking at homes that don’t display photographs, it means if the home that you put up for sale doesn’t have any associated photos to show the potential client what they could be buying, then you are probably reducing the chances of selling the home as fast as you might have. So, not only should you add photographs to your listings, you want to make sure those photographs show the home in the best possible light. This is where hiring an experienced real estate photographer will benefit you. Real estate photography is different from other types of photography, so be sure to ask to previous work from the Pinellas Park real estate photographer that you might be considering hiring. Real estate photographers know they have to deliver high-quality work in a very short period of time (normally within one business day) because they know the listing has to be up on the Multi-Listing Service as quickly as possible to attract potential buyers. When you speak to your local Pinellas Park real estate photographer, be sure to ask them if they do any kind of post-shoot editing services using Photoshop or other software, and you may also want to consider adding a home video tour or 3D-tour if you think the property warrants it – so make sure to ask the photographer if they can provide those services.

More About Pinellas Park

Pinellas Park is a city located in central Pinellas County, Florida, United States. The population was 49,079 at the 2010 census.[5] Originally home to northern transplants and vacationers, the hundred year old city has grown into the fourth largest city in Pinellas County, the most densely-populated county in Florida. The city and surrounding areas are almost completely urbanized. Pinellas Park contains a substantial portion of the “Gateway” area of the county, targeted for future infrastructure, residential, and commercial development as it sits roughly in the middle of the Tampa Bay area’s over two million people. Though technically land-locked, its borders lie only a few miles from Tampa Bay to the east, and Boca Ciega Bay and the Gulf of Mexico to the west. The city is known for its popular equestrian facilities and events, and many residents also participate in fishing and water activities in nearby venues.
