A recent report by the National Association of Realtors® (NAR) states that over 44% of homebuyers start their search for a new home online. Add that with the fact that a lot of potential homebuyers that may be searching online don’t bother looking at properties that don’t have any photographs, it means if the house that you put up for sale doesn’t have any associated photographs to show the prospective client what they could be buying, then you are probably reducing the chances of selling the home quickly. So, not only do you want to add photographs to your listings, you want to make sure those photos show the home in the best possible light. This is why hiring an experienced real estate photographer will probably benefit you. Real estate photography is different from other genres of photography, so be sure to ask to previous work from the Pine Castle real estate photographer that you might be considering working with. Real estate photographers are used to having to deliver high-quality work very quickly (normally within 24-business hours) because they know the property listing has to be up on the Multi-Listing Service as soon as possible to attract potential buyers. When you speak to your local Pine Castle real estate photographer, be sure to ask them if they offer any kind of post-shoot editing using Photoshop or other types of software, and you may also want to consider adding a home video tour or 3D-tour if you think it will help the property sell – so make sure to ask the photographer if they can provide those services.

More About Pine Castle
Pine Castle is a census-designated place and unincorporated area in Orange County, Florida, United States. It is part of the Orlando–Kissimmee–Sanford, Florida Metropolitan Statistical Area.
Initially settled in 1870, the town’s development has been shaped by that of Orlando, approximately 5 miles (8 km) to the north. From just before 1882 the South Florida Railroad mainline,[3] which became part of the Plant System in 1893 and the Atlantic Coast Line Railroad in 1902, provided regular rapid passenger and freight service. The town officially incorporated in 1925, but later reverted to unincorporated development.[4] The population was 10,805 at the 2010 census.[5] Passenger trains operated by successor Seaboard Coast Line A Line from 1967 then Amtrak after 1971 bypassed the local depot, with nearest stops in Orlando and Kissimmee.
