A recent report by the National Association of Realtors® (NAR) states that over 44% of homebuyers start their search for a new home online. Add that with the fact that a lot of prospective homebuyers that may be searching on the Internet don’t bother looking at properties that don’t have any photos, it means if your home that you put up for sale doesn’t show any photos to show the potential client what they could be buying, then you might be reducing the chances of selling the home as fast as you might have. So, not only should you add photographs to your listings, you need to be sure those photos show the home in the best possible light. This is where hiring an experienced real estate photographer will benefit you. Real estate photography is so different from other genres of photography, so be sure to ask to previous work from the Penney Farms real estate photographer that you might be considering working with. Real estate photographers know they have to deliver high-quality work very quickly (usually within one business day) because they know the listing needs to be up on the Multi-Listing Service as quickly as possible to attract potential buyers. When you contact your local Penney Farms real estate photographer, make sure you ask them if they do any kind of post-shoot editing using Photoshop or other software, and you may also want to consider a home video tour or 3D-tour if you think the property warrants it – so make sure to ask the photographer if they can provide those services.

More About Penney Farms

Penney Farms is a town in Clay County, Florida, United States. The population was 749 at the 2010 census.[5]

In 1926, department store pioneer J. C. Penney founded the community of Penney Farms. He planned to develop an experimental farming village. The state of Florida incorporated the town in 1927. The real estate decline and stock market crash, however, caused Penney to scale back his ambitions to a community for retired ministers in honor of his father. Today, the Penney Retirement Community is a 192-acre (0.78 km2) home to Christian laypeople as well as clergy and missionaries.
