According to the National Association of Realtors® (NAR), over 44% of homebuyers start their search for a new home online. Combine that with the fact that most potential homebuyers that may be searching online won’t even consider looking at homes that don’t have photos, it means if your house that you put up for sale doesn’t show any photographs to show the potential client what they could be buying, then you most likely will be reducing your chances of selling the home as fast as you might have. So, not only do you want to add photographs to your listings, you want to make sure those photos show the home in the best possible light. This is where hiring an experienced real estate photographer will benefit you. Real estate photography is so different from other genres of photography, so make sure you ask see previous work from the Pembroke Pines real estate photographer that you might be considering working with. Real estate photographers know they have to deliver high-quality work in a very short period of time (normally within one business day) because they know the property listing needs to be up on the MLS as soon as possible to attract potential buyers. When you contact your local Pembroke Pines real estate photographer, make sure you ask them if they offer any kind of post-shoot editing using Photoshop or other types of software, and you may also want to consider a home video tour or 3D-tour if you think it will help the property sell – so make sure to ask the photographer if they can provide those services.

Pembroke Pines was officially incorporated on January 16, 1960. The city’s name, Pembroke Pines, is traced back to Sir Edward Reed, a Member of Britain’s Parliament for the County of Pembroke in 1874, who purchased and farmed land in the 1880s which today occupies much of what is now the nearby city of Dania Beach. The road put through his land came to be known as Pembroke Road. When incorporating, the mayor (Dr. Kipnis) suggested the name Pembroke Pines because of the pine trees growing near Pembroke Road.
