A recent report by the National Association of Realtors® (NAR) states that over 44% of homebuyers start their search for a new home online. Combine that with the fact that a huge number of prospective homebuyers who are searching online won’t even consider looking at properties that don’t display photos, this means if the house that you put up for sale doesn’t have photos to show the prospective client what they could be buying, then you might be reducing your chances of selling the home as fast as you might have. So, not only do you want to add photographs to your listings, you need to be sure those photos show the home in the best possible light. This is where hiring an experienced real estate photographer will benefit you. Real estate photography is so different from other genres of photography, so make sure you ask see previous work from the Milton real estate photographer that you might be considering hiring. Real estate photographers know they have to deliver high-quality work in a very short period of time (normally within 24-business hours) because they know the listing needs to be up on the MLS as soon as possible to attract potential buyers. When you speak to your local Milton real estate photographer, make sure you ask them if they do any kind of post-shoot editing services using Photoshop or other software, and you may also want to consider adding a home video tour or 3D-tour if you think it will help the property sell – so make sure to ask the photographer if they can provide those services.

Milton was known by various names during its development. Most notable were “Hell-Town” (muggy, inhospitable land covered with briars, mosquitoes, thorns, snakes) “Jernigan’s Landing”, “Scratch Ankle” (due to the briars that grew along the riverbank), and “Hard Scrabble.” Later it became Milton (possibly homage to John Milton, author of the epic poem Paradise Lost), and/or because of the local lumber mill industry, Mill Town, which was shortened to Milton.[7]
