According to the National Association of Realtors® (NAR), over 44% of homebuyers start their search for a new home online. Combine that with the fact that a lot of potential homebuyers that may be searching on the Internet don’t bother looking at properties that don’t display any photographs, it means if your house that you put up for sale doesn’t have any associated photos to show the prospective client what they could be buying, then you are probably reducing your chances of selling the home as fast as you might have. So, not only do you want to add photographs to your listings, you need to be sure those photographs show the home in the best possible light. This is where hiring an experienced real estate photographer will benefit you. Real estate photography is so different from other genres of photography, so be sure to ask to previous work from the Marineland real estate photographer that you might be considering hiring. Real estate photographers are used to having to deliver high-quality work very quickly (usually within 24-business hours) because they know the property listing has to get up on the MLS as soon as possible to attract potential buyers. When you contact your local Marineland real estate photographer, be sure to ask them if they offer any kind of post-shoot editing services using Photoshop or other types of software, and you may also want to consider adding a home video tour or 3D-tour if you think the property warrants it – so make sure to ask the photographer if they can provide those services.

More About Marineland
The town of Marineland was established in 1940 and is in Flagler and St. Johns counties, Florida, United States. The population was 16 in the 2010 census.[5] Marineland is located 18 miles (29 km) south of St. Augustine along Route A1A. The aquarium and the name of the town have become synonymous, however many do not realize that Marineland is a town in its own right. Like all proper municipalities, Marineland has its own local governing body complete with a mayor and city council board that meets monthly to discuss the town’s affairs. The town shares a zip code with St. Augustine Beach.
A Brief History: The town of Marineland got its start when the Marineland Dolphin Adventure opened on June 23, 1938, as Marine Studios, a facility designed for Hollywood filmmakers to create underwater footage for motion pictures and newsreels. Popularly known as the “World’s First Oceanarium,” Marine Studios was the premier destination to allow the general public to experience marine life up-close.
