A recent report by the National Association of Realtors® (NAR) states that over 44% of homebuyers start their search for a new home online. Combine that with the fact that a lot of prospective homebuyers who are searching on the Internet don’t bother looking at homes that don’t have any photographs, it means if the home that you put up for sale doesn’t have photos to show the prospective client what they could be buying, then you are probably reducing your chances of selling the home as fast as you might have. So, not only do you want to add photographs to your listings, you need to be sure those photos show the home in the best possible light. This is why hiring an experienced real estate photographer will probably benefit you. Real estate photography is different from other types of photography, so be sure to ask to previous work from the Lake Worth real estate photographer that you might be considering working with. Real estate photographers are used to having to deliver high-quality work very quickly (usually within one business day) because they know the listing has to be up on the Multi-Listing Service as quickly as possible to attract potential buyers. When you contact your local Lake Worth real estate photographer, make sure you ask them if they offer any kind of post-shoot editing using Photoshop or other software. You might also want to consider adding a home video tour or 3D-tour if you think the property warrants it – so make sure to ask the photographer if they can provide those services.

More About Lake Worth

Lake Worth is a city in Palm Beach County, Florida, United States, which takes its name from the body of water along its eastern border known as the Lake Worth Lagoon. The lake itself was named for General William J. Worth, who led U.S. forces during the last part of the Second Seminole War. As of 2010[update], the population estimated by the U.S. Census Bureau was 34,910.[6] It is a principal city of the Miami metropolitan area, which was home to an estimated 6,012,331 people in 2015.[11]

Indigenous people known as the Jaega were the earliest reported inhabitants of the section of the Florida Atlantic coast in the areas of Martin and Palm Beach Counties. Remains of shell mounds can be found near the Jupiter inlet, inland in what is now Boynton Beach and just south of the Boynton Inlet, indicating pre-Columbian Jaega habitation.[12]
