According to the National Association of Realtors® (NAR), over 44% of homebuyers start their search for a new home online. Combine that with the fact that a huge number of prospective homebuyers who are searching on the Internet won’t even consider looking at properties that don’t have photos, it means if the house that you put up for sale doesn’t have any associated photographs to show the prospective client what they could be buying, then you are probably reducing your chances of selling the home quickly. So, not only do you want to add photographs to your listings, you need to be sure those photographs show the home in the best possible light. This is why hiring an experienced real estate photographer will probably benefit you. Real estate photography is different from other types of photography, so make sure you ask see previous work from any Goodland real estate photographer that you might be considering hiring. Real estate photographers know they have to deliver high-quality work very quickly (usually within one business day) because they know the listing needs to get up on the Multi-Listing Service as soon as possible to attract potential buyers. When you speak to your local Goodland real estate photographer, make sure you ask them if they offer any kind of post-shoot editing services using Photoshop or other types of software. You might also want to consider adding a home video tour or 3D-tour if you think it will help the property sell – so make sure to ask the photographer if they can provide those services.

Goodland is a census-designated place (CDP) in Collier County, Florida, United States. The population was 267 at the 2010 census.[3] It is part of the Naples–Marco Island Metropolitan Statistical Area. Located on the southeast portion of Marco Island, it is the closest community to Cape Romano, the southern tip of a nearby island that was the official site of the Florida landfall of Hurricane Wilma.

Goodland is located in southwestern Collier County at 25°55′28″N 81°38′49″W / 25.924478°N 81.646876°W / 25.924478; -81.646876.[4] The beachfront city of Marco Island is 6 miles (10 km) to the west. Goodland is nearly surrounded by water, with Goodland Bay to the north, Coon Key Pass to the east, and Blue Hill Creek to the south. To the west, an artificial inlet of Blue Hill Creek separates Goodland from forested wetland within the city limits of Marco Island.
