A recent report by the National Association of Realtors® (NAR) states that over 44% of homebuyers start their search for a new home online. Combine that with the fact that a lot of potential homebuyers that may be searching on the Internet won’t even consider looking at properties that don’t have photos, this means if your home that you put up for sale doesn’t have any associated photos to show the prospective client what they could be buying, then you most likely will be reducing your chances of selling the home quickly. So, not only should you add photographs to your listings, you want to make sure those photos show the home in the best possible light. This is where hiring an experienced real estate photographer will benefit you. Real estate photography is different from other types of photography, so make sure you ask see previous work from the Fort Pierce real estate photographer that you might be considering hiring. Real estate photographers are used to having to deliver high-quality work very quickly (usually within one business day) because they know the property listing needs to be up on the Multi-Listing Service as soon as possible to attract potential buyers. When you speak to your local Fort Pierce real estate photographer, be sure to ask them if they offer any kind of post-shoot editing services using Photoshop or other types of software. You might also want to consider adding a home video tour or 3D-tour if you think the property warrants it – so make sure to ask the photographer if they can provide those services.

Fort Pierce is a city in and the county seat of St. Lucie County, Florida, United States. The city is part of the Treasure Coast region of Atlantic Coast Florida.[5] It is also known as the Sunrise City,[6] sister to San Francisco, California, the Sunset City. The population was 41,590 at the 2010 census. As of 2012, the population recorded by the U.S. Census Bureau was 42,645.[7] It was named after the Fort Pierce Army post which was built nearby in 1838 during the Second Seminole War. The military post had been named for Benjamin Kendrick Pierce, a career United States Army officer and the brother of President Franklin Pierce.[8]
