According to the National Association of Realtors® (NAR), over 44% of homebuyers start their search for a new home online. Combine that with the fact that most potential homebuyers that may be searching online don’t bother looking at homes that don’t have any photos, this means if your house that you put up for sale doesn’t show any photos to show the potential client what they could be buying, then you are probably reducing your chances of selling the home quickly. So, not only do you want to add photographs to your listings, you want to make sure those photographs show the home in the best possible light. This is why hiring an experienced real estate photographer will probably benefit you. Real estate photography is different from other genres of photography, so be sure to ask to previous work from any Eatonville real estate photographer that you might be considering hiring. Real estate photographers are used to having to deliver high-quality work in a very short period of time (usually within 24-business hours) because they know the listing needs to be up on the MLS as soon as possible to attract potential buyers. When you contact your local Eatonville real estate photographer, make sure you ask them if they do any kind of post-shoot editing using Photoshop or other software, and you may also want to consider adding a home video tour or 3D-tour if you think the property warrants it – so make sure to ask the photographer if they can provide those services.

More About Eatonville

Eatonville is a town in Orange County, Florida, United States, six miles north of Orlando. It is part of the Orlando–Kissimmee metropolitan statistical area. The town includes the Eatonville Historic District.

Incorporated on August 15, 1887, it was one of the first self-governing all-black municipalities in the United States. Such towns were often created because local town and county police forces refused to protect black communities.[5]
The population was 2,159 at the 2010 census.[6]
