A recent report by the National Association of Realtors® (NAR) states that over 44% of homebuyers start their search for a new home online. Combine that with the fact that most potential homebuyers who are searching on the Internet don’t bother looking at properties that don’t have photographs, it means if the house that you put up for sale doesn’t have photos to show the potential client what they could be buying, then you are probably reducing your chances of selling the home as fast as you might have. So, not only do you want to add photographs to your listings, you want to make sure those photographs show the home in the best possible light. This is where hiring an experienced real estate photographer will benefit you. Real estate photography is so different from other genres of photography, so make sure you ask see previous work from any Christmas real estate photographer that you might be considering working with. Real estate photographers are used to having to deliver high-quality work very quickly (usually within one business day) because they know the listing has to be up on the Multi-Listing Service as quickly as possible to attract potential buyers. When you contact your local Christmas real estate photographer, make sure you ask them if they do any kind of post-shoot editing using Photoshop or other software, and you may also want to consider adding a home video tour or 3D-tour if you think it will help the property sell – so make sure to ask the photographer if they can provide those services.

More About Christmas

Christmas is a census-designated place and an unincorporated area in Orange County, Florida, United States. It is part of the Orlando–Kissimmee Metropolitan Statistical Area.

The population was 1,146 at the 2010 census.[3] Christmas is home to the world’s largest alligator-shaped building, measuring at just over 200 feet (61 m); to Fort Christmas Historical Park, a recreation of the Second Seminole War Fort Christmas; and to Fort Christmas Folk School, a nonprofit school dedicated to teaching folk arts. Every year, Christmas sends a large amount of mail from its post office from people who mail letters from the town so they can have the “Christmas” postmark on their holiday mailings.[4]
