A recent report by the National Association of Realtors® (NAR) states that over 44% of homebuyers start their search for a new home online. Add that with the fact that many potential homebuyers who are searching on the Internet won’t even consider looking at homes that don’t have photos, it means if the home that you put up for sale doesn’t have any associated photographs to show the prospective client what they could be buying, then you might be reducing your chances of selling the home quickly. So, not only should you add photographs to your listings, you want to make sure those photos show the home in the best possible light. This is where hiring an experienced real estate photographer will benefit you. Real estate photography is different from other types of photography, so be sure to ask to previous work from any Chiefland real estate photographer that you might be considering working with. Real estate photographers are used to having to deliver high-quality work very quickly (normally within 24-business hours) because they know the property listing needs to be up on the Multi-Listing Service as soon as possible to attract potential buyers. When you speak to your local Chiefland real estate photographer, be sure to ask them if they offer any kind of post-shoot editing services using Photoshop or other software, and you may also want to consider a home video tour or 3D-tour if you think it will help the property sell – so make sure to ask the photographer if they can provide those services.

Chiefland is a city in Levy County, Florida, United States. The population was 2,245 at the 2010 census.[5] Chiefland calls itself the “Gem of the Suwannee Valley” and was incorporated in 1929.
A village of the Timucua people was once located south of the present city and at Manatee Springs. The area’s economy is traditionally based on agriculture, primarily farming (peanuts, watermelons, hay); ranching (cattle, hogs); dairy (milk); timber (pulpwood, lumber, turpentine) and aquaculture (fishing, oystering, crabbing).
