A recent report by the National Association of Realtors® (NAR) states that over 44% of homebuyers start their search for a new home online. Add that with the fact that a lot of prospective homebuyers who are searching online won’t even consider looking at homes that don’t have photos, this means if the home that you put up for sale doesn’t show any photographs to show the potential client what they could be buying, then you most likely will be reducing the chances of selling the home as fast as you might have. So, not only do you want to add photographs to your listings, you want to make sure those photos show the home in the best possible light. This is where hiring an experienced real estate photographer will benefit you. Real estate photography is different from other types of photography, so make sure you ask see previous work from the Century Village real estate photographer that you might be considering hiring. Real estate photographers are used to having to deliver high-quality work very quickly (normally within one business day) because they know the listing has to get up on the Multi-Listing Service as soon as possible to attract potential buyers. When you contact your local Century Village real estate photographer, be sure to ask them if they do any kind of post-shoot editing using Photoshop or other software. You might also want to consider a home video tour or 3D-tour if you think it will help the property sell – so make sure to ask the photographer if they can provide those services.

There are four “Century Villages” in south Florida, built by the same developer: West Palm Beach (Palm Beach County), Boca Raton (Palm Beach County), Deerfield Beach (Broward County), and Pembroke Pines (Broward County). This article deals only with the West Palm Beach Century Village, the only one designated a census-designated place (CDP).[3] All of them are gated retirement communities, whose residents must be 55 or over.
As of the census[1] of 2000, there were 7,616 people, 7,854 households, and 1,777 families residing in the CDP. The population density was 2,940.6/km² (7,588.1/mi²). There were 7,854 housing units at an average density of 3,379.9/km² (8,721.9/mi²). The racial makeup of the CDP was 98.41% White (95.6% were Non-Hispanic White,)[4] 0.43% African American, 0.03% Native American, 0.42% Asian, 0.08% Pacific Islander, 0.11% from other races, and 0.53% from two or more races.
