A recent report by the National Association of Realtors® (NAR) states that over 44% of homebuyers start their search for a new home online. Add that with the fact that most potential homebuyers who are searching on the Internet don’t bother looking at properties that don’t display photographs, it means if your home that you put up for sale doesn’t have photographs to show the prospective client what they could be buying, then you most likely will be reducing your chances of selling the home as fast as you might have. So, not only do you want to add photographs to your listings, you want to make sure those photos show the home in the best possible light. This is why hiring an experienced real estate photographer will probably benefit you. Real estate photography is different from other types of photography, so make sure you ask see previous work from any Cedar Grove real estate photographer that you might be considering working with. Real estate photographers are used to having to deliver high-quality work in a very short period of time (usually within 24-business hours) because they know the property listing has to get up on the MLS as soon as possible to attract potential buyers. When you speak to your local Cedar Grove real estate photographer, be sure to ask them if they offer any kind of post-shoot editing using Photoshop or other types of software. You might also want to consider adding a home video tour or 3D-tour if you think the property warrants it – so make sure to ask the photographer if they can provide those services.

More About Cedar Grove
Cedar Grove is an unincorporated area and census-designated place in Bay County, Florida, United States. It was formerly an incorporated town, but it was dissolved in 2008 after a vote by residents.[3] The town had 90 days from October 3, 2008, to implement the dissolution ordinance and hand over all operations to organs of the county government. This was the first time in Florida history that a town was disincorporated by a vote of its citizens.[4] The dissolution ordinance took effect at 8:00 AM on October 22, 2008, at which time the police department was disbanded and all assets became the property of the Bay County Commission.[5][6] The current census-designated place had a population of 3,397 at the 2010 census.[7] It is part of the Panama City–Lynn Haven–Panama City Beach Metropolitan Statistical Area.
