According to the National Association of Realtors® (NAR), over 44% of homebuyers start their search for a new home online. Combine that with the fact that a lot of prospective homebuyers who are searching on the Internet don’t bother looking at properties that don’t display photos, it means if the home that you put up for sale doesn’t have photos to show the prospective client what they could be buying, then you might be reducing the chances of selling the home as fast as you might have. So, not only should you add photographs to your listings, you need to be sure those photographs show the home in the best possible light. This is where hiring an experienced real estate photographer will benefit you. Real estate photography is so different from other genres of photography, so be sure to ask to previous work from any Cape Canaveral real estate photographer that you might be considering hiring. Real estate photographers are used to having to deliver high-quality work in a very short period of time (usually within 24-business hours) because they know the listing has to be up on the Multi-Listing Service as soon as possible to attract potential buyers. When you contact your local Cape Canaveral real estate photographer, make sure you ask them if they offer any kind of post-shoot editing services using Photoshop or other types of software. You might also want to consider a home video tour or 3D-tour if you think it will help the property sell – so make sure to ask the photographer if they can provide those services.

More About Cape Canaveral
Cape Canaveral is a city in Brevard County, Florida. The population was 9,912 at the 2010 United States Census.[4] It is part of the Palm Bay–Melbourne–Titusville Metropolitan Statistical Area.
After the establishment of a lighthouse in 1848,[8] a few families moved into the area and a small but stable settlement was born. As the threat of Seminole Indian attacks became increasingly unlikely, other settlers began to move into the area around the Indian River. Post offices
and small community stores with postal facilities were established at Canaveral, Canaveral Harbor and Artesia. It is thought the Artesia post office was so named for the ground water of artesian springs that are prevalent in the
area.
