According to the National Association of Realtors® (NAR), over 44% of homebuyers start their search for a new home online. Add that with the fact that most potential homebuyers that may be searching on the Internet don’t bother looking at homes that don’t display photos, it means if your house that you put up for sale doesn’t show any photos to show the potential client what they could be buying, then you might be reducing the chances of selling the home quickly. So, not only should you add photographs to your listings, you need to be sure those photos show the home in the best possible light. This is why hiring an experienced real estate photographer will probably benefit you. Real estate photography is so different from other genres of photography, so make sure you ask see previous work from any Brooksville real estate photographer that you might be considering hiring. Real estate photographers know they have to deliver high-quality work very quickly (usually within one business day) because they know the property listing has to be up on the MLS as quickly as possible to attract potential buyers. When you speak to your local Brooksville real estate photographer, make sure you ask them if they do any kind of post-shoot editing services using Photoshop or other types of software. You might also want to consider a home video tour or 3D-tour if you think the property warrants it – so make sure to ask the photographer if they can provide those services.

More About Brooksville

Brooksville is a city in and the county seat of Hernando County, Florida, United States.[6] As of the 2010 census it had a population of 7,719,[2] up from 7,264 at the 2000 census. It is part of the Tampa-St. Petersburg-Clearwater, Florida Metropolitan Statistical Area.

Brooksville took on its present name in 1856, to honor and show support for Preston Brooks, a Democratic congressman from South Carolina who only shortly before had caned and seriously injured Massachusetts Senator and abolitionist Charles Sumner. Brooksville is home to historic buildings and residences, including the home of former Florida Governor William Sherman Jennings and football player Jerome Brown.
