According to the National Association of Realtors® (NAR), over 44% of homebuyers start their search for a new home online. Add that with the fact that many prospective homebuyers who are searching online won’t even consider looking at homes that don’t display photos, this means if your home that you put up for sale doesn’t show any photographs to show the potential client what they could be buying, then you are probably reducing your chances of selling the home quickly. So, not only do you want to add photographs to your listings, you want to make sure those photos show the home in the best possible light. This is where hiring an experienced real estate photographer will benefit you. Real estate photography is so different from other types of photography, so make sure you ask see previous work from the Bayshore Gardens real estate photographer that you might be considering working with. Real estate photographers know they have to deliver high-quality work very quickly (normally within 24-business hours) because they know the property listing needs to be up on the Multi-Listing Service as soon as possible to attract potential buyers. When you speak to your local Bayshore Gardens real estate photographer, make sure you ask them if they offer any kind of post-shoot editing services using Photoshop or other software. You might also want to consider a home video tour or 3D-tour if you think the property warrants it – so make sure to ask the photographer if they can provide those services.

More About Bayshore Gardens

Bayshore Gardens is a census-designated place (CDP) in Manatee County, Florida, United States. The population was 16,323 at the 2010 census. It is part of the Bradenton–Sarasota–Venice Metropolitan Statistical Area.

Bayshore Gardens was built when Sarasota was expanding northward and Bradenton was starting to expand to the south. Bayshore Gardens history had started in 1955 when three real estate developers Gus Berne, Sidney Newman and Lawrence Morton when property was being bought up from property owners. The cost of it was about $150,000,00 to $200,000,000, one of the largest commercial development in Manatee County at the time. First, came the installation of a sewage system, a water plant, laying out of roads and a drainage system. The developers intended that there should be functional beauty and utility. The roads were designed to have gentle curves for authentic reasons and to prevent traffic issues. In 1959 the Sarasota Herald-Tribune reported that “Over 600 families and almost 2,000 people inhabit Bayshore Gardens at the present time. With future growth anticipated at nearly 10,000 families…” [4]
