According to the National Association of Realtors® (NAR), over 44% of homebuyers start their search for a new home online. Combine that with the fact that many prospective homebuyers that may be searching on the Internet don’t bother looking at homes that don’t have photos, this means if the home that you put up for sale doesn’t show any photographs to show the prospective client what they could be buying, then you most likely will be reducing your chances of selling the home quickly. So, not only do you want to add photographs to your listings, you want to make sure those photographs show the home in the best possible light. This is why hiring an experienced real estate photographer will probably benefit you. Real estate photography is different from other types of photography, so be sure to ask to previous work from the Auburndale real estate photographer that you might be considering working with. Real estate photographers know they have to deliver high-quality work in a very short period of time (normally within one business day) because they know the listing needs to get up on the MLS as soon as possible to attract potential buyers. When you speak to your local Auburndale real estate photographer, make sure you ask them if they do any kind of post-shoot editing using Photoshop or other types of software, and you may also want to consider a home video tour or 3D-tour if you think the property warrants it – so make sure to ask the photographer if they can provide those services.

More About Auburndale

Auburndale is a city in Polk County, Florida, United States. The population was 11,032 at the 2000 census. According to the U.S Census estimates of 2005, the city had a population of 12,381.[6] It is part of the Lakeland–Winter Haven Metropolitan Statistical Area.

Auburndale was founded in 1880 by Frank Fuller, who was seeking refuge from chilly winters in the Northeast United States.[7] The place was originally named Sanatoria, from a hotel located there. When the railroad arrived in the 1880s, the town was renamed Auburndale at the suggestion of settlers from Auburndale, Massachusetts.[8] The New England town had been named from the opening line of the poem “The Deserted Village” by Oliver Goldsmith.[9]
Early on, the city became a chosen destination for a number of America’s most prominent artists.[7]
